We use Travefy, a trusted trip planning software, that allows us to communicate through the app or website. Once we create the trip and share the link, you will be able to see the entire trip details all in one place. The software is user-friendly and can easily be downloaded onto your phone for easy access to your trip information. Travefy also has live updates for flights, so if there are any gate changes or delays, the app will send you a notification or email regarding the change. *Note: I would still recommend using an airline app for delays and changes to your flight. We also trust and use Travefy to securely collect payments and receive any sensitive information like passports or visas (when needed).

The trip planning fee is a one time fee of $125 (domestic and international travel for couples, families, friends etc.). This is our standard package and most common service. This includes research, trip design, booking, and management. Group packages start at $375 for a small group of 12. Solo traveler packages start are $65. Destination weddings start at $675 for a small group of 20. Elopements and/or Honeymoons are a one time fee of $275. All packages are non-refundable once paid and signed.

Yes. All of our clients sign a statement of work contract that is due before we begin planning your trip. We also send the invoice for our trip planning fee at this time. Both are due prior to the research phase.

Takeover bookings work if you, as a client, booked directly with the hotel/cruise line, etc., and the trip must be upcoming. Unfortunately, I am unable to takeover bookings done through any third-party sites, or if the trip dates have already passed. In some cases as a security measure, certain hotels will need confirmation from the client in order to hand the booking to an advisor. This is usually handled through email or in writing, but rest assured that I will be in communication between you and the supplier for the entire process.

At Travel With Faith, I make group bookings easy. I will work with you to customize a travel package that best fits the needs of your group. I'll make sure that all the details are taken care of, from flights and accommodations to activities and entertainment. I offer a variety of payment options, including payment plans and credit card payments, to make sure everyone in your group can join in on the fun! There is a one-time trip planning fee starting at $375 for group bookings.

Not to worry! Destination Weddings are a great option for those who want to spice up their special day. These types of trips do require a bit more time and planning, and keep in mind that most resorts abroad will need notice in advance to prepare for this type of event. Once we discuss and finalize all the details, I will send out booking invitations to your RSVP'd guests, where they can look over room, flight, and amenity options. *Elopements and Honeymoons also fall into the Destination Wedding category, but will not be treated as a group trip (resorts usually classify groups of 8-10+ guests). The elopement/honeymoon trip planning fee is $250.
